Increasing business levels within this long established retail joinery manufacturing company have resulted in their need to employ an experienced person to manage a technical team of 2 CAD Technicians, an Estimator, and a CNC Programmer.
You willhave a strong understanding of shop-fitting furniture manufacturing, preferably a 'hands-on' joinery based background, and be a technically competent user of CAD and/or solid modelling software. You will need to be a good communicator, be self-motivated and be able to lead your team by example. It is essential that you can work well in a team, as well as being positive and focused at all times. A good sense of humour will not go amiss. Previous experience of Autodesk Inventor and MRP systems^will be beneficial.
